Eware Pro and our Owner will not sell, distribute, give away or otherwise utilize your personal or business information, including, but not limited to your email address, phone number, credit card information, purchase information, name and website information.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at pro@ewarepro.com before launching a complaint with your credit card company. If you launch a complaint with your CC company without first contacting us we may try to fight your refund as this makes us look bad – especially when we are more than willing to work with you.

TERMS

If you decide at any point that you would like to have your money back for this product, you have 7 days to request a refund. Thereafter, refunds are not available. Please don’t ask after 7 days. Additionally, please note that although this software is downloaded and installed on your server, we will be able to terminate your account and you will not be able to use your software once you have been refunded.

We are not responsible for any problems you may have if you abuse or improperly use this software. Please check with your website host if you are not sure if this software is compatible. We suggest using www.WFHhosting.com for your hosting needs.

INSTALLATION POLICY

Your installation charges are for ONE installation of each software you purchase. If you decide to install on another domain or move hosts and want installation on the new account you will have to pay $20 per script for the new installation.
